Our company is based in Indonesia, but most of our customer base is in the United States. Our business hours reflect this fact.

We have been in business since 2009, as reflected in our domain whois registration date. We start as a private hosting and web management service but turned into a full blown web hosting company in 2011.

Apparently we do! 😀 We believe in the proliferation of online service across national borders, and we serve customers from all around the world. We also operates our business in Eastern Pacific time to support our customers.

We have been building and managing websites, primarily WordPress, since 2006.

If you are not happy with our service in any way in the first 30 days after provisioning date, we will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked. However, past the 30 days mark, we only provide refunds on unused time on a case by case basis, that will be determined by us.

Not at this time, although if proper justification is presented, we might be able to. From our experience this is pretty much not needed by customers since SSL can be used without a Dedicated IP, through SNI. We do, however provides dedicated IP in all of our VPS plans.

  • Material illegal under United States of America & United Kingdom law
  • Sites containing or linking to material that may be considered detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare. (Such as, but not limited to: Anarchists Cookbook, bomb making, weapon information, or anything else that may be considered detrimental or illegal.)
