Do you have a Looking Glass/Test IP
Yes. Test IP & Test files are available when asked due to frequent abuse. Please submit a ticket before purchase if you need them.
Is this a managed service? What kind of support is available?
This is an unmanaged service. You are responsible for maintaining security and condition of your own server. We do, however, offer support for network & hardware issues.
What kind of panel are you using?
Our panel is integrated into our client area. You can reboot, reinstall, shut down, or configure options relating to your VPS from there.
